Directed the internal investigation into corporate affairs uncovering employee wrongdoing that had eluded its accountants for years, authored disclosures, and proposed recommendations for corporate reform programs.
Conceived and guided C-suite affirmative actions against wrongdoers, fortifying the company’s brand during crisis, reinforcing its good faith defense, ultimately facilitating recovery of looted assets.

Coordinated multiple complex actions for domestic and multinational clients and high profile individual clients, achieving favorable results in civil, criminal, or regulatory proceedings.
